  My experience with water pumps was exceptional. I purchased a 100l Pressure tank and when my water system was installed, I was not satisfied with the results. I called Jaques from water pumps and to understand if my system was correctly … More plumped. I would send photo, and he would reply, and I would make the adjustment. What I experienced is that he was willing to give advice and had good background knowledge and wanted my water system to function. Jacque would reply back even in the evening and weekends. This person has passion for his work and wants your system to work. My installer said I am so busy I cannot assist now, will get back to you. I bought R3k item from water pumps and my installer was paid 57k . I got R57 k advise from Water pumps and my installer failed 100%

  Not only was he friendly and did the tank arrive the next day, the level of after service was phenomenal, everything I asked was answered, but never once was I pushed to buy a more expensive product, he asked his questions and understood my needs and he gave me the positives of each option as well as the cons if you will.
  I asked him about the installation, and he was more than happy to call me and assist me and walk me through everything, I probably had 100 questions that he answered with ease based on what he had seen, from the pics and video call.
  He is genuinely knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
  I don't know whether he owns the business or not, but someone needs to give him the credit he deserves because he is a genuine asset to the company!
