These terms apply to all deliveries from Water Pumps Online.
Delivery fees
- The delivery fee shown at checkout or on your quotation is a flat rate for courier delivery to main centres in South Africa.
- Large and heavy items (for example pressure tanks and larger pumps) have a higher delivery fee because of their size and weight.
Outlying areas
Deliveries to outlying or remote areas (smaller towns, farms and areas the courier classifies as outlying) can cost more than the flat rate. If the courier charges more than the delivery fee you paid, we will contact you before your order is sent and tell you the extra cost. You can then pay the difference, collect from our Pretoria address, or cancel the order for a full refund.
Changes to delivery fees
Delivery fees may change without prior notice, for example when courier rates or fuel surcharges increase. The fee confirmed on your order or quotation applies, except where the outlying-area rule above applies.
