Genuine cartridge mechanical seal for AQS DL32, DL45, DL64 & DL90 vertical multistage pumps. Stops leaks at the motor end of the pump.

The mechanical seal stops water leaking out where the pump shaft passes through into the motor end. When it wears you will see water dripping or spraying below the motor – replace it quickly, because water running into the motor bearings will destroy the motor.

  • Fits: AQS DL32, DL45, DL64, DL90 pumps (all stage sizes)
  • Cartridge type – the complete seal assembly comes pre-set, so it is easier to fit correctly
  • Tip: always fit a new seal when you replace the hydraulic stack, and never run the pump dry – a dry run of a few minutes can burn the seal faces

Which seal do I need? Check the model on your pump nameplate. DL1, DL3 and DL5 use seal 95020136; DL8, DL12, DL16 and DL20 use seal 95020103; DL32, DL45, DL64 and DL90 use seal 95020102.
