20Y Intelligent Borehole Pump Controller 2.2kW 220V

The 20Y is an intelligent pump controller for single-phase borehole motors, matched to a 2.2kW motor. It monitors the motor and switches off before damage occurs.

Which borehole controller do I need?

• MA Analogue Control Box (220V single phase, 0.37–2.2kW) – the basic starter for single-phase pumps. It houses the start capacitor, on/off switch and thermal overload. Lowest cost, but it does not switch the pump off if the borehole runs dry.
• 20Y Intelligent Pump Controller (220V single phase, 0.37–2.2kW) – digital controller with dry-run protection, over/under-voltage and overload protection, automatic restart and a display showing voltage and current. Recommended for most 220V boreholes, especially low-yield boreholes that can run dry.
• Y1 Digital Protection Controller (380V three phase, 0.37–7.5kW) – protects three-phase borehole pumps against dry running, phase loss, phase imbalance, overload and bad voltage.
• 30Y Intelligent Pump Controller (380V three phase, 5.5–15kW) – heavy-duty controller for larger three-phase pumps such as 6" borehole pumps.
• Variable Speed Drive (VSD) – soft-starts the motor and adjusts pump speed to demand, saving power and reducing wear. Used on the 525V pump sets and for constant-pressure systems. See our VSD range.
