DL16 Replacement Hydraulic Stack (Pump Cartridge)

The hydraulic stack is the “heart” of a vertical multistage pump: the complete set of impellers, stage chambers (diffusers) and shaft that builds up the pressure. Over time sand, grit or running dry wears the impellers and the pump loses pressure and flow. Fitting a new stack brings your DL16 pump back to its original performance for much less than the price of a new pump – the motor, base and outer sleeve are re-used.

• Mechanical seal is sold separately – we recommend replacing it at the same time (code 95020103, fits DL8, DL12, DL16 & DL20)

How to choose the right stack: read the model on your pump’s nameplate, for example DL16-90. The number after the dash tells you how many stages the pump has (e.g. -40 = 4 stages), and the stack must match it exactly – a stack with a different number of stages will not fit the sleeve and will not give the right pressure.
